KARA has released a short PV for their 8th Japanese single, “Bye Bye Happy Days“!

Unlike what the title seems to suggest, the song is actually a bright, happy song, a perfect match for KARA’s cute image. Even though the music video doesn’t say if it is a short or the full PV, the fact that it fades off prematurely seems to hint that there will be a full version soon.

“Bye Bye Happy Days!” will be released on March 27.

On her Twitter on March 12, group Kara’s Goo Hara uploaded a photo of herself along with a message, “At the top of the Baek Woon Dae. It was a great weather for hiking. Awesome!”

In the picture is Goo Hara wearing a colorful scarf that hides most of her face. Though she does not appear to be wearing much makeup, Goo Hara still shows off her flawless and pale skin. With her long brown hair in the wind and her gorgeous eyes, Goo Hara looks beautifully natural in this selca.

Her agency revealed image of Park Gyuri during her “Nail Salon Paris” drama photo shoot.

Park Gyuri had the role of Hong Yuh Joo and had to go back and forth between a boy and a girl.

This drama is about a hair salon called “Palace” where all the workers are good looking men. Park Gyuri plays a role of a girl who pretends to be a boy to be able to work at this salon.

This drama will begin this April through MBC Drama Net and MBC Queen.

130307 Kara’s Goo Hara to Receive Emergency Surgery for Appendicitis

Kara’s Goo Hara will be undergoing surgery to treat a sudden case of appendicitis.

DSP Media confirmed initial reports on January 31 saying, “Goo Hara called her manager in the early morning hours after experiencing severe pain and was admitted to the emergency room of a hospital. Doctors determined she had appendicitis, and the decision was made for her to undergo an appendectomy today.”

Her agency stressed that fans shouldn’t concern themselves too much over her condition and said Goo Hara would be focusing on regaining her health for the time being. It added she was expected to stay in the hospital for three to five days following her surgery.

Kara will also go about its regular schedule without Goo Hara temporarily as she recovers from her condition.

KARA Kang Jiyoung is the same age as Krystal and will be attending the same university with the same major.

Dal Shabet member Subin will be attending KunKook University as a movie major. She was also accepted to another university, but did not choose to go there as it was an all woman’s university.

Girls Day member Hyeri will also be attending KunKook University as a movie major.

Comedian Lee Kyung Kyu’s daughter Lee Yerim will be attending Dongguk University as a theater major.

Kang Ji-young from Kara posted a picture of herself as an update for her fans on her first day of school on March 4, with a caption reading “this is my first day of school. I’m going to my school. pit-a-pat”.

In the picture, she is puffing up her cheeks and looking at the camera with big white glasses.

She is attending Sungkyunkwan University’s theater and arts department. She was accepted by early admission.

Actually, she graduated from high school one year ago, but she postponed the entrance due to her tight schedule at home and abroad.

To celebrate their 2013 S/S ‘Addict Gloss’ line, ‘Dior‘ held a special launching press event which was held at the swanky Woo Bar in the W Seoul-Walkerhill Hotel.

KARA‘s Hara, Son Tae Young, and Park Ji Yoon were some of the celebrities that attended the event, and they all chose their own favorite color from the line.

Hara chose the ‘Addict Extreme Princess 553′ as her favorite, claiming she was completely stolen by the sparkly color. She used the two versions of it to show off her own secret to putting on lip gloss, and promised to use it all the time. Actress Son Tae Young chose three different colors, one of which was Hara’s Princess pink. The other two were the lipstick and lip gloss versions of the nude color ‘Addict Spring Ball 343′, praising the product excessively. Actress Park Ji Yoon chose a peach-orange color lipstick ‘Addict Delice 433′ and along with a pink gloss ‘Addict Gloss Diablotine 643′ for a sexy look.
