Girl group KARA member Park Gyuri revealed her method on showing disrespectful junior artists her power.

Yesterday on SBS “Strong Heart 2,” Park Gyuri appeared as a guest and revealed her method to showing junior artists her superiority.

She stated, “I was at a radio program with Kim Tae Woo and a new rookie group. Usually, rookie groups are bright and cheery, but this group was being rude. They answered blandly and had a bored look on their faces.”

Although the MC’s asked if she could reveal the group, Gyuri did not reveal who the group name.

Gyuri continued, “I started to get angry at my manager. I was putting out my anger about their attitude to my manager. After we started the program again, the group changed their attitude right away.”

Kara‘s Goo Hara once again displayed her dazzling beauty through a recent photo shoot and interview as she modeled for the global cosmetics brand, Dior.

Goo Hara has been chosen to be the icon of “Elle” magazine’s April edition. This pictorial was named “Like a Chameleon,” and features Goo Hara sporting Dior makeup and celebrity makeup artist Son Dae Shik.

A variety of Goo Hara’s charms can be seen through the photos. In one released photo, Goo Hara shows off her girlish innocence with funky, curly hair. In another photo, she gives off a chic and trendy look as a mature woman.

Goo Hara’s signature flawless skin and her distinct facial features helped highlight the pictorial as it introduces four lipgloss colors from Dior that suit Asian women.

The “original goddess,” Kim Hee Sun and “Kara‘s goddess,” Park Gyuri exchanged a playful banter about their beauty, which created a lot of laughter.

Kara’s Park Gyuri was a guest on the SBS talk show “Hwa Shin” that aired on March 19. During the episode, the two beauties began to show some playful tension regarding their looks, to many viewers’ amusements.

Kim Hee Sun started off by complimenting Park Gyuri by saying, “You are much more beautiful in real life.” Then Park Gyuri replied, “Well, how can I dare to compare myself to your beauty, senior?”

This created a warm atmosphere as Kim Hee Sun thanked Park Gyuri. But then, Park Gyuri playfully added, “This is just what I’m slightly laying out so later on…” At this remark, Kim Hee Sun pretended to get mad and quickly said, “Is it okay if I make her cry during broadcast?”

Meanwhile, Park Gyuri grabbed headlines for her stories shared during this episode such as her ability to eat two whole pizza pies and her method of dealing with rude juniors.

Gyuri revealed how she handled disrepectful hoobae girl groups.

She was a guest on the March 19 episode of ‘Incarnation‘, where she talked about how to leave a lasting impression for a first meeting. She explained, “While I was a radio DJ, a rookie girl group came on the show as guests. Usually, rookies work really hard and they’re filled with motivation, and we have a really happy mood. When that happens, us DJs also want to do something for them and work really hard. But the people who came out that day were not only doing things half-heartedly, they were extremely rude.”

She said, “When I ask questions, even the sunbaes don’t act in such a manner, but they said, ‘Ah, I don’t know’. I thought to myself, ‘Huh? What is this? This isn’t right’. If the broadcast goes well, then it would’ve been a big help to them too.” At this point, MCs Shin Dong Yup and Yoon Jong Shin tried to figure out who the girl group was, guessing if there were 4 or more members, but like a veteran Gyuri avoided the question expertly.

She continued, “During the break, I asked who was their leader as politely and nicely as possible. I then asked how old she was, and I found out she was younger. So I thought to myself, ‘All right’. But since it was break time, my manager oppa was right next to me. So I turned to him and acted really cold.”

Gyuri revealed, “I acted like I was mad, and that I took it out on my manager oppa. So the mood sort of fell down. I kept getting mad at my manager oppa and right before coming back for broadcast I said, ‘Let’s continue’, and everyone was frozen in their seats. After seeing this, they became very diligent.“

Gyuri revealed that she has quite an appetite! Although she probably has to watch what she eats a little more so now that she is an idol, she didn’t let anything stop her before her debut, and left the hosts and guests of ’Incarnation‘ quite awed.

On the 19th’s episode, KARA’s resident ‘goddess’ revealed, “Before I debuted, I went to places that would give you one extra pizza if you ordered one. When two pizzas came, I ate it all. If I felt I was full, I would maybe leave 1-3 slices and ate the rest.”

She also revealed a story in which she and her friends, who also happened to have big appetites, stunned their male friends with the amount of food they could eat. Gyuri said, “Once, I went to a restaurant with my friends, and we ate meat, udon, starch noodles, rice cakes, and sweet potatoes. The guys said they were full, but my girlfriends and I added on even more rice and cheese.”

She continued, “After that, we went to the cafe and ate cakes, brownies, macchiatos, and shaved ice.”

Kara‘s leader Park Gyuri shared a story about a rude junior girl group and how she kept them in line.

On the episode of “Hwa Shin” that aired on March 19, the guests and emcees started a discussion under the topic, “how to gain control over others at the first encounter.”

Gyuri started to share her story by saying, “When I was doing a radio show withSuper Junior‘s Shindong oppa, a rookie girl group was the guest for the day. Usually, rookies will be filled with determination and passion so the atmosphere would be lively and warm. But this particular rookie girl group had no sincerity.”

When the others started to ask which girl group she was talking about, Gyuri did not answer. MC Shin Dong Yup asked, “Do they have four members?” but Gyuri did not reveal the girl group.

Gyuri continued her story as she said, “I got annoyed and thought ‘What is this?’ If the broadcast goes well, then it would be a plus for the juniors too but it wasn’t like that,” and “During our break, I seriously asked them who the leader is and how old they all were. They were all younger than me.”

Finally, Gyuri continued, “Then I started to talk in an attacking and aggressive manner to my manager on purpose. I acted like I was venting at my manager when I was angry at the girl group,” and “When it was time to go on air again, I acted sweet toward the juniors again. But it seemed like they were disciplined and they showed a better, more sincere attitude. Sometimes, I want to use this method toward other people when I see them.”

130319 KARA's Han Seung Yeon: "I Am Not a Gundam Maniac"

KARA‘s Han Seung Yeon recently denied that she was a Gundam fan.

On March 18, Han Seung Yeon tweeted, “There’s just one rumor I’d like to point out for clarification. I am not a Gundam maniac. I haven’t even seen the entire anime series. The Japanese radio listeners do not have all the facts. I really am not a fan. When I was talking about my hobbies, somehow it became misinterpreted that I am a Gundam maniac.”

KARA’s Seung Yeon had recently been in Japan and mentioned anime in an interview, which unfortunately lead to the media perpetuating false information that Han Seung Yeon was an avid animation and Gundam fan.

In related news, KARA will be promoting their 8th Japanese single “Bye Bye Happy Days” on March 27.

130318 KARA Nicole-Goo Hara Posts Twin Concept Self-Cam Photos, ‘Close Friendship’

Today Nicole posted on her twitter, “Goo Hara~I posted it hehe,” along with a picture.

In the picture, she is wearing a pink outfit with a mic attached to her face. Her cheeks seem to have become thinner, meaning she must have lost weight.

Earlier, Goo Hara had posted a similar picture wearing the same pink outfit and mic attached.

Goo Hara had posted, “Since the other members have posted, I will too. Self-cam photo time. Nicole, post yours too!”

On the other hand, KARA will be releasing their new Japan single, Bye bye Happy Days, on March 27.

130318 KARA Han Seungyeon, “I Am Kim Tae Hee’s Rival”

Girl group KARA’s Han Seungyeon revealed a picture of herself in a hanbok (Korean traditional clothing).

Today, Han Seungyeon posted on her Twitter, “Before the nerve-wracking meeting. Hectic while putting on hanbok and running around. The interview was without my soul there because I was so nervous. I blabbed on without thinking,” along with a picture.

In the revealed picture, Han Seungyeon is wearing a pink hanbok with a green skirt.

Han Seungyeon seems to have collapsed after the hectic interview for SBS new drama, “Jang Ok Jung.”

Internet users who saw this commented, “Han Seungyeon is getting prettier and prettier”, “She can pull off the all-back hair so well” and “Her face matches hanbok really well.”

Han Seungyeon will be coming out in the new SBS drama, “Jang Ok Jeong.” In the drama, Han Seung Yeon will be coming out as a rival of Kim Tae Hee to fight for Yoo Ah In.

130319 Idol stars bring out their airport fashion after ‘Korea Music Wave in Bangkok 2013′

‘Airport fashion’ has become something that fans look forward to, and the phenomenon struck again as your favorite idol stars returned to Korea from the ‘Korea Music Wave in Bangkok 2013‘ concert on the 17th.

MBC held the ‘Korean Music Wave in Bangkok 2013′ at Rajamangala National Stadium. The event was hosted by 2PM’s Nichkhun, miss A’s Suzy, SHINee’sMinho, 2AM’s Jo Kwon, and T-ara’s Jiyeon. Twenty-two groups in all performed, including SHINee, EXO-K, B2ST, B.A.P, MBLAQ, 2AM, INFINITE, TEEN TOP, F.T. Island, BtoB, NU’EST, Airplane, B1A4, A-JAX, 2NE1, KARA, SISTAR, T-ara, SECRET, 4minute, miss A, and A Pink.
